Jordanka Režan
Jordanka Režan, who has been L.M. 's private chef in Madrid for the past two years, has joined us!
We are grateful for this “transfer” and look forward to providing our guests with an opportunity to taste the culinary masterpieces in a picturesque setting in the heart of the Kornati National Park.
Jordanka was also the former head chef at the Laguna restaurant in Zadar and the Marina Dalmacija restaurant in Sukošan.
Jordanka continues her culinary journey with us this summer at the restaurant Core Kornati, a place where guests can enjoy fine wines and sea flavors to the fullest!
This year, our wine cellar has been enriched with top foreign labels from the world's most prestigious wine houses. Regardless of what Jordanka comes up with to surprise us, we always have a winning match!
